Registration for Wheelin’ for Hope will open EXCLUSIVELY for our mailing list members on November 1 - We’ll email you a link and access code (& downloadable documents for folks that would rather register offline) that day so you can sign up early.  This is just how we’re showing appreciation for folks who have attended in the past & signed up for our list.  You can still sign up for our list at Wheelin4Hope.com, so let your friends know so they can get access early!  Limited spots (only 200 vehicles) available and we sold out early last year, so be sure to get signed up quickly once it’s open.

December 1, 2012 through March 25, 2013 the list will be open to everyone & no access code will be needed.  

After March 25, there will be a $5 late penalty charge added to the registration fee.  This is to encourage everyone to sign up on time because we need to get a headcount for our meals and tshirts!

Remember, registration for Wheelin’ for Hope would also make a GREAT Christmas gift for the wheeler in your life!

• We had a wonderful group of volunteers who gave almost their entire weekend to put this great event together – I won’t list them individually, because I know I will forget someone very important. (They were all very important, duh.)
• The wind was rough – a few people had to take off to Walmart at the last minute to replace a tent or two that got blown  away/ripped.
• It was cold! The raffle continued after sundown – the hot pink sweatshirts we gave away that were donated by Crawl for a Cure were a big hit!
• Everyone – volunteers and riders – had a great time. It’s great to see people passionate about their hobbies and funding cancer research and support.

I just wanted to thank EVERYONE who came out, contributed, rode/drove (seriously, that’s what Wheelin’ is about!), volunteered, bought raffle tickets, picked up trash, fixed a flat tire or two, came up with on-trail rigging to get a buddy out of the woods, and anything/everything else you did to make the event so great & help the Woodland Wildfires contribute to a cause we are so passionate about.

Wheelin’ for Hope 2012 is currently scheduled for April 21 & 22, 2012 at Oak Ridge Estate.  The price is still $100 per off-highway vehicle (“OHV”) for the weekend – with fees for extra meals or tshirts. You can ALREADY sign up online – the link should be to the right on this page.  Online registration does incur a few fees (think $6 or so), but it’s a price we have to pay to accept credit card & online payment.  Once we get the forms updated for this year, we will get them online and you will be welcome to register using a personal check or money order. (We do discourage sending cash through the mail.)
