Important Dates 



Wheelin’ for Hope registration opens to everyone! You can now register online at our Eventbrite page or via mail.



Last day to register! Please note: After this time you may still be able to register, but will have to pay a late fee.



Check in & camping opens at 4:30 PM! 



Check in opens at 7:00 AM, mandatory drivers meeting at 8:00 AM – Wheelin’ begins!  Raffle to follow dinner.



Check in re-opens at 7:00 AM, mandatory drivers meeting at 8:00 AM. Wheelin’ ends around 5:00 PM, weather permitting.

Wheelin’ for a Cause

All proceeds from Wheelin’ for Hope go to the American Cancer Society via the Relay for Life of Nelson, Virginia.

Wheelin’ for Hope is hosted by the Woodland Wildfires, a Relay for Life of Nelson team, along with many community partners. We are excited to host this for the 5th consecutive year and welcome alumni and newcomers!
